A leader by God's definition is more than just leading someone to get a job done. A leader by strict definition leads other people. When that supposed "leader" is more concerned about the job than they are about the ones whom they are leading then they are, at best, only a supervisor or, at worse, a slave master.

A true godly leader cares for the eternal salvation as well as the earthly success of those whom they are leading. The earthly success, however, has to be from an eternal perspective because otherwise the eternal salvation of those being led can be jeopardized.

A true leader should absolutely be focused first and foremost on the eternal and not just the job.
