Something is missing in the popular gospel of today!

Something is truly missing in the popular grace alone and no works gospel that is preached today. The much overlooked component in this process is works through obedience to God.

God's Word clearly shows this:

If ye love me, keep my commandments. John 14:15

Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you. John 15:14

And being made perfect, he became the author of ****eternal salvation unto all them that obey him**** Hebrews 5:9

By neglecting to address this leaves ground for much abuse of God's grace which is there to help us do exactly what He commands us to do and that is to obey <= this includes not sinning...see 1 Corinthians 15:34 further below.

We are saved by grace through faith and faith is dead without works and works are what help others to see God so that they can glorify God and thus it makes sense why we are told to work out our salvation with fear and trembling....

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: [9] Not of works, lest any man should boast. [10] For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. Ephesians 2:8-10

For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also. James 2:26

Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. Matthew 5:16

Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. Philippians 2:12

Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame. 1 Corinthians 15:34
