Justified Sinner?

There is no such thing as a justified sinner who is actively sinning.

Justification and remission (forgiveness) through faith in the blood of Jesus Christ is for past sins only.

All sins, past, present and future have to be repented of. This means stop sinning altogether and stop making excuses for sin, especially if those excuses are made through a mishandling of God’s word.

Just stop sinning.

Awake to righteousness, and *** -> SIN NOT <- ***; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame. 1 Corinthians 15:34

Being *** -> JUSTIFIED <- *** freely by his grace through the redemption that is *** -> IN CHRIST JESUS <- *** : Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through *** -> FAITH <- *** in his *** -> BLOOD <- ***, to declare his righteousness for the *** -> REMISSION OF SINS THAT !!! ARE PAST !!! <- ***, through the forbearance of God; To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. Romans 3:24-26

What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? Romans 6:1-2

“Were” is the key word here. These “were” sinners but they are now washed, justified and sanctified which means they are forgiven and are actively living apart from the sins that previously had them condemned to hell.

Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such *** -> WERE <- *** some of you: but ye *** -> ARE washed <- ***, but ye *** -> ARE SANCTIFIED <- *** , but *** -> ye ARE JUSTIFIED <- *** in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God. 1 Corinthians 6:9-11
