"If" is found all too often throughout God's word for anyone to assume anything except that God's love is indeed conditional. If one is at war with God you should know that God's love is not with that person. While God's love is long-suffering and uncompromising it is indeed very conditional! If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. John 15:10 The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity. Psalm 5:5 The Lord trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth. Psalm 11:5 These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: [17] A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, [18] An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, [19] A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren. Proverbs 6:16-19 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. James 4:4
