Just the attitudes...

Let us take our focus off of the blessings for a moment.

We should know that God's word is good and that He will bless us as promised.

But shouldn't we be more focused on what brings God glory instead of all the stuff we're gonna get?

If we truly love Him then our focus would be on Him instead of ourselves.

Let us seek the things that brings Him glory... Let us focus on having the right attitude... Here's a start. Here are the beatitudes with only the attitudes, or character qualities that bring God glory. We ought to work these out in our lives while fully submitted to Him: "...poor in spirit..." "...mourn..." "...meek..." "...do hunger and thirst after righteousness..." "...merciful..." "...pure in heart..." "...peacemakers..." "...are persecuted for righteousness' sake..." "...when men shall revile you, and persecute you , and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake..." "...the salt of the earth..." "...the light of the world..." "...Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven." - Matthew 5:3-11,13-14,16
