DECEPTION, the name of today’s game...What is a believer to do???

For starters, believers, let no man deceive you…

But with so much information flying around today, what is the truth???

Some just roll with the flow despite the disinformation being disseminated from today's societal leaders. But if one was to really examine what is being said it should logically raise questions:

Masks are needed and are not needed because science said so at different times?

Positive counts are up which makes the CCP-19 horrifically deadly and mortality rates are extremely low and test counts have sky rocketed so we need a vaccine in order to survive because well over 99% are recovering right now without a vaccine?

Only certain lives matter now because it’s a matter of fairness and equality?

People today are responsible for what was not done to other people today but rather due to things that were done to other people years ago by other people?

Abortion is healthcare?

Rioting, vandalism, assault and murder are peaceful protesting?

The economy is going to recover?

Only certain jobs are essential?

We must not work in order to survive?

Someone not wearing a mask puts those wearing masks at risk because masks work?

Gay is no longer just a matter of being jubilantly cheerful, but it is now and acceptable lifestyle?

Some history needs to be forgotten and some needs to be revised?

Government will save us?

Radical Marxist ideologies will save us?

Who will save us?

Believer, believe this, only Jesus can save us…

Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Acts 4:10-12

Knowing this we must guard ourselves from being deceived in this age of great deception:

And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many… And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many…And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved...For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Matthew 24:4-5, 11-13, 24

Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience. Be not ye therefore partakers with them. For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light: (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;) Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord. And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret. But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light. Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light. See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Ephesians 5:6-16

Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure. Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin. Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him. Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother. For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another. Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother's righteous. Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you. We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death. Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him. Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him? My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth. And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him. For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things. Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God. And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us. 1 John3

Knowing these truths, that Jesus saves and that we must guard ourselves from being deceived we must realize that this does not relinquish us from exposing and opposing errors regardless of how evil these errors may be. These are all just a part of what we are blessed by our Creator to be able to do during our time here on earth.

Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness. 2 Timothy 2:15-16

Prove all things; hold fast that which is good. Abstain from all appearance of evil. And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Thessalonians 5:21-23

Ephesians 5:8-11

Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. 2 Timothy 4:2-4

For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers, specially they of the circumcision: Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre's sake. One of themselves, even a prophet of their own, said, The Cretians are alway liars, evil beasts, slow bellies. This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith; Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth. Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled. They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate. Titus 1:10-16

DISCLAIMER: for the hardcore dispensationalist or anyone else whose doctrines are threatened due to the strict time, place and audience context, or whatever, please be aware that the truths messaged in these, while originally written to a specific audience do absolutely apply to us today as well. These truths can and should be adopted for our own best and must-do practices as believers today, especially in regard to who saves, not being deceived and exposing sinful errors. It’s the passive non-verbal Christians who, in times past as well as today, who have left the door wide open for evil to take over.

While scriptures tell us that evil will overcome the world it is very clear that we are not to just sit back, not say anything and essentially hide.

Sometimes we must be civilly disobedient in order to obey God…

Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, 👉We ought to obey God rather than men👈🤔....And to him they agreed: and when they (LOCAL SPIRITUAL "RULERS" AT THE TIME THIS WAS WRITTEN 🤔) had called the apostles, and beaten them, they 👉commanded that they should not speak in the name of Jesus👈, and let them go. [41] And they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for his name. [42] And daily in the temple, and in every house,👉👉👉 they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ👈👈👈🤔. Acts 5:29,40-42

So these Pharisees were literally terrors unto good works...

For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? 👉do that which is good👈, and thou shalt have praise of the same: Romans 13:3

👉👉👉 And being made perfect, He (Jesus) became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him👈👈👈🤔. Hebrews 5:9
