What can be worse if you were previously heading for hell before you were made whole?

Repentance is a literal change of mind. This means you stop doing what you know is wrong. If you do not stop sinning then a worse thing happens. So what can be worse if you were previously heading for hell before you were made whole? The answer is, by going back to your sin you are now going to hell knowing that you could have avoided this by repenting, which means STOP SINNING!!!! Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee.
