Distorted Sovereignty

Reformed theology influences a lot of the church doctrines today, whether reformed or not. Two of the most prevalent of these doctrines include the Reformed rendition of OSAS which is called the preservation of the saints and the other is their distorted perception of the sovereignty of God. The Reformed concept of God's sovereignty is that He preordains absolutely everything and that includes sin. Many people today believe in a similar idea of God's sovereignty. The basis of this accepted doctrine, once it is systematically traced to its core, would conclude that God has authored all sin. Thus the doctrine itself and not God's word has God commanding, through predetermined ordination, men to sin. This thinking is an abomination straight from the pulpits of hell!
