Romans 1:29-32 explained in plain English for those who need to know.

Some definitions were taken from Webster’s 1828 and others from plain common sense with some scriptural texts for additional clarification.

Romans 1:29-32:

Being filled with…

all unrighteousness (SIN, continue reading below for more details…),

fornication (sex outside of marriage including the lust of the eyes as Jesus said adultery begins in the mind. See Matthew 5:27-28),

wickedness (catch-all for anything evil, in case something was not clear in this list…),

covetousness (greed, materialism, selfishness, etc),

maliciousness (evil intent);

full of envy (selfish and ungodly jealousy),

murder (This should be self-explanatory but it must be noted that hatred is also murder according to Jesus. See Matthew 5:21-22),

debate (Strife; contention),

deceit (1. Literally, a catching or ensnaring. Hence, the misleading of a person; the leading of another person to believe what is false, or not to believe what is true, and thus to ensnare him; fraud; fallacy; cheat; any declaration, artifice or practice, which misleads another, or causes him to believe what is false. My lips shall not speak wickedness, nor my tongue utter deceit Job 27:4. 2. Stratagem; artifice; device intended to mislead. They imagine deceits all the day long. Psalms 38:12. 3. In scripture, that which is obtained by guile, fraud or oppression. Their houses are full of deceit Jeremiah 5:27. Zeph. I. 4. In law, any trick, device, craft, collusion, shift, covin, or underhand practice, used to defraud another.)

malignity (Extreme sinfulness);

whisperers (A backbiter; one who slanders secretly),

Backbiters (One who slanders, calumniates or speaks ill of the absent),

haters of God (this also includes anyone who creates a “god” in their own mind to suite their sinful desires or agendas. Anything contrary to the true God is hatred towards God),

despiteful (Full of spite; malicious; malignant; as a despiteful enemy),

proud (Having inordinate self-esteem; possessing a high or unreasonable conceit of one's own excellence, either of body or mind…conceives that any thing excellent or valuable, in which he has a share, or to which he stands related, contributes to his own importance, and this conception exalts his opinion of himself…rooted in selfishness),

boasters (rooted in selfishness. One who boasts, glories or vaunts ostentatiously),

inventors of evil things (i.e. inventors of evil doctrines or new ideas in general regarding the practice of anything evil. Some examples are transgenderism, LGBT, humanism, etc.),

disobedient to parents (rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft. 1 Samuel 15:23. See also Exodus 22:18 and Deuteronomy 21:18-21),

Without understanding (refusing to learn or accept the truths of God),

Covenantbreakers (liars),

without natural affection (Homosexual, etc. Anything outside of God's creation of marriage between a man and a woman)

implacable (1. Not to be appeased; that can not be pacified and rendered peaceable; inexorable; stubborn or constant in enmity…. 2. Not to be appeased or subdued; as implacable anger; implacable enmity, malice or revenge. See also Matthew 5:9 regarding peacemakers as the contrast here.),

unmerciful (no mercy. See Matthew 5:7 as the contrast here. The merciful are blessed):

Who knowing the judgment of God,

that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
