Are Youth Pastors mentioned in the Bible?

Actually, there is no Biblical support for youth pastors as per the modern church's applications and practices of this role.
But youth pastors are actually mentioned in the Bible.
The Bible refers to them as 'fathers'.
So many times I have seen churches hire young men who have no children to be their youth pastors; or because they are "cool" and "fun".
I personally cannot and will not abdicate my role as my children's father, youth pastor, mentor and spiritual leader to anyone, let alone someone who lacks the biblical qualifications for such a role.
Please do not read this the wrong way. If the youth pastor did have children he still is not qualified as he is not my children's father and thus cannot and will not assume my role.
Here are a few verses to back up my position but if you think I am wrong in any way, please comment below.
"And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.
And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart:
And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up."
- Deuteronomy 6:5-7
"Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes. And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.
And thou shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house, and upon thy gates:"
- Deuteronomy 11:18-20
My son, hear the instruction of thy father, and forsake not the law of thy mother:
- Proverbs 1:8
My son, keep thy father's commandment, and forsake not the law of thy mother:
Bind them continually upon thine heart, and tie them about thy neck.
- Proverbs 6:20-21
A wise son heareth his father's instruction: but a scorner heareth not rebuke.
- Proverbs 13:1
I will open my mouth in a parable: I will utter dark sayings of old:
Which we have heard and known, and our fathers have told us.
We will not hide them from their children, shewing to the generation to come the praises of the Lord , and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done.
For he established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children:
That the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise and declare them to their children:
That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments:
And might not be as their fathers, a stubborn and rebellious generation; a generation that set not their heart aright, and whose spirit was not stedfast with God.
- Psalm 78:2-8
Hear, ye children, the instruction of a father, and attend to know understanding.
For I give you good doctrine, forsake ye not my law.
For I was my father's son, tender and only beloved in the sight of my mother.
He taught me also, and said unto me, Let thine heart retain my words: keep my commandments, and live.
Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth.
- Proverbs 4:1-5
Children's children are the crown of old men; and the glory of children are their fathers.
- Proverbs 17:6
The living, the living, he shall praise thee, as I do this day: the father to the children shall make known thy truth.
- Isaiah 38:19
And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.
- Malachi 4:6
Ye are witnesses, and God also , how holily and justly and unblameably we behaved ourselves among you that believe:
As ye know how we exhorted and comforted and charged every one of you, as a father doth his children,
That ye would walk worthy of God, who hath called you unto his kingdom and glory.
- 1 Thessalonians 2:10-12
And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
- Ephesians 6:4
